Overview

I've taught Beach Yoga for 15 years in our quaint tourist town of Cape May, NJ. I love the opportunity to provide visitors and locals with an unforgettable experience. I've learned how to provide the ultimate Beach Yoga class! I love being able to have our class right out on the beach and I teach it in a way that keeps us from getting all sandy while allowing everyone to enjoy a class that is both relaxing and powerful.
