That is why we have designed this private tour around punctuality, professionalism, comfort, and flexibility — offering the same early-start advantage as our group tour, with the added benefit of a more exclusive experience and greater freedom to enjoy the journey according to your preferences. The return to Labuan Bajo is flexible, usually around 4:00 PM, allowing you to return earlier or later depending on your preferences and the conditions throughout the day. If you are catching an afternoon flight after the tour, please bring your luggage with you and store it in the shuttle car. The same car will take you straight to the airport once the tour ends.
Guests planning to bring a drone to Komodo National Park must inform us at least 5 days in advance, hold a valid drone flying certification, and obtain a permit costing 2.5 million rupiah, which we must pay upfront and can be reimbursed upon your arrival. Please let us know if you’d like our assistance.
All departures are subject to approval from the Harbor Master. Weather conditions such as rain alone do not determine cancellation. As long as the Harbor Master confirms that conditions are safe and grants permission to sail, the tour will proceed as scheduled. However, if conditions are deemed unsafe and permission is not granted, the tour will be cancelled and a full refund will be provided.
