Explore Okayama Korakuen in a Kimono with a Local Guide Your experience begins at a kimono rental shop near Okayama Station. Choose your kimono or hakama on the day, with your English-speaking guide there to help you communicate with the shop staff. Professional staff will assist you with dressing. Once ready, your guide will take you through Okayama Korakuen, one of Japan’s three celebrated landscape gardens. Discover the garden’s highlights and take photos with Okayama Castle in the background. During your visit, relax at a teahouse inside the garden and choose one item from the menu, such as matcha or a seasonal Japanese sweet. Enjoy Okayama’s scenery and culture in traditional dress, with your guide by your side throughout the experience.
