The Taste of Canada Food Tour is a guided gastronomic experience that brings iconic Canadian dishes to life through delicious tastings, fun storytelling, and local insight. Over the course of 2 – 2.5 hours, you’ll visit a variety of handpicked spots in the heart of Ottawa’s historic ByWard Market, sampling dishes and drinks that highlight Canadian comfort foods, regional favourites, and uniquely Canadian inventions.
