Overview

The adventure begins with a hotel pick-up in Manado, followed by a scenic drive to Mount Mahawu. After a short briefing, trek to the summit and enjoy the breathtaking volcanic landscape before descending to the starting point. The journey then continues to Mount Lokon, where you will trek toward its crater, explore the volcanic scenery, and return to the parking area before heading back to your hotel. However, as Mount Lokon is currently closed due to volcanic eruption activity, the Mahawu–Tampusu trekking itinerary is available as an alternative option. This journey takes you through the lush highlands of North Sulawesi, reaching Mount Tampusu’s summit for panoramic views. After descending, continue to Mount Mahawu for another refreshing trek and enjoy its volcanic scenery. The adventure then continues to Tuurmasering Hill for more scenic views before heading to Lake Tondano, where you can relax and enjoy lunch by the lakeside. After lunch, return to your hotel in Manado.
