A note about port access: You may hear an announcement on board that local operators and taxis are not permitted to enter the port, as it is a working container terminal. This is true for independent operators and taxis. We are an official agency, fully licensed and authorised to operate inside the port and collect our guests directly at the terminal. Just like the ship’s own tour operator, we complete all the necessary port procedures in advance, so your pick-up and return are fully arranged and guaranteed. Our team will be waiting for you inside the terminal, a few metres from the ship’s hangar. Simply look for our JD Adventure logo when you step off the ship. If you have any questions before your tour, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
In the photos you will see our company logo and the short distance from the ship to where we will be waiting for you. There is no shuttle: we meet you right at the port, so you will find us easily as soon as you step off the ship.
All communication is handled via WhatsApp. Three to four days before your arrival, we will message you with your guide’s details and your assigned bus and group number. Please provide a valid mobile or WhatsApp number when booking, so we can make your experience as smooth as possible. We do not check emails often, so WhatsApp is the best way to reach us. If you do not have it, we recommend installing it; otherwise, simply send us a mobile number and we will call you.
