Cruise passengers: please send your ship name, docking time, disembarkation time, and re-boarding time so we can plan your pickup precisely.
Pickup is at the Old Port (your ship's tender port), where a crew member meets you with a name sign. To reach the top, choose either a water taxi (€40 pp, fast and scenic, no queue) or the cable car (€10 pp).
Delays due to cruise tendering or cable car lines are common — we are flexible and will adjust your tour start time accordingly, as long as you stay in touch.
Hotel guests: Pickup is available from all hotels and Airbnbs on Santorini. If your location is not directly accessible by vehicle, we will arrange a nearby pickup point within short walking distance.
Airport/Ferry arrivals: Pickup is from the arrivals terminal. Please provide flight or ferry details during booking.
