If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.

During the Cherry Blossom seasons, we kindly ask that you walk approximately 30 minutes from the bus stop to the observation deck near the pagoda area.
For guests joining the tour from Lake Kawaguchi: As the tour bus will be coming from Tokyo, it may be delayed due to traffic. Please make sure you are reachable by phone on the day of the tour in case we need to contact you regarding any delays.
