Get hands-on with two of Austria’s most iconic specialties: traditional Apple Strudel and the famous Salzburger Nockerl. You’ll prepare the dishes yourself while being guided step by step by an experienced chef. Our small-group classes are fun, relaxed and interactive, making it easy to enjoy the experience even if you have never cooked before. Stretch the strudel dough until it is paper-thin, create your own fluffy Salzburger Nockerl and discover the little tricks behind these Austrian classics. The cooking school itself adds to the experience: it is located in one of Salzburg’s oldest quarters, where centuries-old houses are built directly into the city mountain. More than just a cooking class, it’s a delicious and entertaining way to experience Salzburg, meet other travelers and take a little piece of Austrian food culture home with you.
