Beyond the Vines is a full-day Marlborough wine tour from Picton or Blenheim with The Original Marlborough Wine Tours. You visit five handpicked wineries over about 6 hours, with standard tasting fees included at every cellar door. Groups are small, up to 10 guests and occasionally 11. Taste Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, plus Pinot Gris, Riesling, Pinot Noir and some lesser-known varieties. The wineries change daily, from family-run and boutique cellar doors to larger names. Lunch is at one of them, usually Saint Clair Vineyard Kitchen or Allan Scott Bistro, at your own cost. Your guide drives, so nobody in your group has to. Our guides include a winemaker and a guide with 35 years in wine and hospitality. We are not pretentious, so it suits wine lovers and newcomers alike. Door-to-door pickup from central Picton (9.15am to 9.30am) or central Blenheim (9.45am to 10.05am). Marlborough's original dedicated wine tour company, since 1999, Qualmark Gold. Adults 18+.
