Diverse Menu of Ghanaian Delicacies A curated menu showcasing staples like jollof rice, fufu with light soup, waakye, banku with tilapia, kakro (plantain fritters), kelewele (spicy fried plantains), and more. Interactive Food Experience Cooking Demonstration: Guests can participate in preparing simple dishes like kelewele. Ghanaian Beverage Pairing Expect to be served authentic drinks like palm wine and sobolo (hibiscus drink). A signature Efie Lounge cocktail inspired by Ghanaian flavours will also be served Photo Opportunities A cameraman will be around so you can cherish the moments. We would offer mini souvenirs like kente bookmarks or small packets of Ghanaian spices. Storytelling Through Menus Each table could have a menu card that explains the ingredients and cultural relevance of the dishes.
