North Fields Cafe offers a two hour local family owned experience in Costa Rica, located close to Arenal Volcano area and its hot springs As you move through our fields, you’ll follow the entire process step by step, from freshly picked coffee cherries and cacao pods to the crafted flavors you’ll later enjoy. Walk the plantation: Stroll through coffee and cacao fields while your guide points out beans, pods, and the different plantations around the property. From seed to cup and bar: Learn how coffee cherries and cacao pods are harvested, dried, roasted, and transformed through traditional methods used in Costa Rica. Taste the results: Enjoy freshly prepared coffee and rich chocolate; you might just find your new favorite flavors!
