Free cancellation until 11:59 PM Japan time, 2 days before your tour date (e.g. for a tour on the 18th, by 11:59 PM on the 16th).
Please send your train details by 11:59 PM Japan time, 3 days before your tour (plus your flight number if you land in Japan that day). If we don't have them, we will wait at the Shin-Fuji Station ticket gate for just 30 minutes from your agreed start time (10:00 AM JST if none). If you don't arrive in that window, it's a no-show and non-refundable.
