Luggage Policy: One piece of luggage per guest. Additional luggage may be accommodated upon request and may incur extra charges. If leaving luggage at your hotel before pickup, please allow sufficient time for the hotel's luggage storage process. Luggage stored in the vehicle's luggage compartment is accepted solely as a courtesy and transported at the guest's own risk. We assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or delay involving luggage or personal belongings. Guests should keep all valuables, medications, travel documents, cash, electronics, and other essential items with them at all times.

The shuttle requires a minimum number of travelers. If minimums are not met, guests may be offered a reschedule or full refund
