In cooler months (typically October–April), visit Montaña Sámara, where the Sea of Clouds may appear when conditions allow. Choose an optional three-course Canarian dinner with drinks at Restaurante 7 Cañadas, before sunset in summer or afterwards in winter. Without dinner, relax at the restaurant while others dine. After dark, explore the stars with Starlight-certified guides, telescopes and laser-guided astronomy in English, Spanish or French. Free photos, sunset time-lapse and warm coats on request are included.
